Why do you need my email address?
Your email address will be used to contact you for numerous reasons. The most common reasons are 1) billing problems, 2) notifications of closing due to bad weather conditions, and 3) aerobics changes. We make every effort to minimize the number of emails being sent to our clients and we will not sell your information to anyone.
How old must my child be to qualify for babysitting services?
Children under 3 months old are not allowed at babysitting.
How can I lower my monthly payments?
Speak to one of our trained Sales Professionals and they will be able to educate you on our current specials to see if there is a plan that will work better for you.
My bank just called to tell me my credit card was compromised. What do I do?
Please contact the Business Manager as soon as possible to update your billing information.
How do I cancel my membership?
In accordance with the terms of your Membership Agreement all cancellations must be sent via Certified Mail with 30 days written notice required. All written requests should be sent to:

Why do I need to send a certified letter?
A certified letter is the best way for you to keep an accurate record of your cancellation request. In the event that your request is lost in the mail you have proof that you mailed your request in a timely manner.

TAKE NOTICE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (Snow Storms, Loss Of Power):
If Billerica Schools are closed, There will be NO a.m Aerobics Classes or Babysitting. However, Programs for the afternoon will be decided by Management. Please call for information regarding afternoon programs such as Aerobics and Babysitting. Thank You!
